Today we are about to embark on an incredible journey, one that takes us to camp squeah, for us to intentionally dive into the word of God for 2 days! We will be asked to examine our lives, and to study just how God has been a part, and how he can be more of a part.
We meet today at the church at 5.30pm SHARP, the last youth to arrive will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner LAST on saturday! (again, I still haven't decided if thats a joke or not ... want to find out? - be last).
We will arrive at Camp Squeah around 7.00pm, where we will meet up with the band that has been practicing there for the afternoon, and the speaker, Geoff Stewart.
Please pick up your youth's at the church on sunday between 1.00-1.30.

Let's hope that no one needs that phone number... or that I don't have to use it to call you to collect your kids...

- for our 11 adults that will be there helping run the weekend,
- for our 34 youths that there hearts will be touched, and their souls tugged towards our Father in Heaven,

Our youth ministries have started!! And if you missed out on the cornmaze last week, you really missed out. It was an amazing evening of getting lost & getting found, hot dogs, corn on the cob, fire pit, and just general hangout with all ages!!! This week, we've got a bunch going on. I hope that you can come out to the events that are designed for you!
Monday night, was the cadet's kick off night at the church.
Tuesday night, is the GEMS kick off night at the church.
Thursday night, is the WWF worship in the ring event for LH.youth.
Don't forget that this coming weekend is thanksgiving weekend! So spend those free moments with your family and other people most important to you! Be thankful for them!!
LH.kids Harvest Party :: An exciting event is happening soon for the Kids and their friends, and families of our community on October 31st!! We will be looking for volunteers to:- 1. run games,
- 2. registration table,
- 3. run the kitchen for snacks/drinks/candy refills
- 4. set up and clean up.
